Is an acquisition request a purchase?

No. It is a personal request for review. It does not process payment, reserve the artwork automatically or confirm ownership.

How is payment handled?

For the MVP, payment is agreed personally with the Admin and handled offline by cash on delivery.

How do commissions work?

The commission form validates your enquiry and opens WhatsApp with your details prefilled. Price, material, production method and timing are confirmed separately.

When does an Owner account exist?

Only after an acquisition is completed and the artwork is marked Collected. The new Owner then receives a secure invitation.

Who can download a certificate?

Only the current Owner of the collected artwork and the Admin.
