Preview status does not suspend privacy rights or data-protection obligations. Please do not submit payment details or unnecessary personal information.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we use the information you provide only to review and respond to your acquisition or commission enquiry. This may include your name, email address, contact number, location, dimensions, and message.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry data is used for direct correspondence and operational follow-up. It is not used to create an owner account or confirm ownership. Data is retained only as long as required for the enquiry, legal obligations, security and dispute handling.
Service providers
Hosting, database, document-generation and email providers may process data on our behalf. The complete provider information, processing agreements and retention periods still require review and documentation.
Spam protection
The acquisition form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish visitors from automated submissions. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for this security check. We do not send your enquiry text or contact fields to the verification service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
